Innovation work often surfaces tensions between creativity and constraint, between individual brilliance and team collaboration. Our coaching methodology addresses these challenges by meeting teams where they are—in the natural flow of their work.
We introduce a coaching methodology that delves into the specific behaviours that can hinder creativity and collaborative ways of working when utilising the frameworks of design thinking, agile and lean.
Through alternating cycles of self-reflection, small group dialogue, and one-on-one coaching, we help individuals identify and transcend the barriers that limit their innovative potential. This process typically adds about an hour of focused development work per week, integrated seamlessly into sprint activities.
Coaching provides a structured framework for individuals to navigate the complexities of the innovation process, ultimately leading to more impactful and sustainable outcomes.
The coaching sessions can be incorporated into a sprint process for key team members or for the full sprint team. The process combines and alternates between self-reflection, small group reflection and one-on-one coaching.
